to get back on topic (because when Netpho has any serious discussion they end up sounding pretty retarded & we should stop this now)...

Stefanie has always reminded me of Liz, who was my best friend from ages 14-16 or so. Liz was sorta swayable. She was pretty hardcore atheist until she went off one summer to work as a counsellor for a Christian summer camp. (much like a youth group.) at the beginning she laughed at how much bullshit she heard & how the Christians could never keep their story straight. she came back at the end of the summer and told me I was going to hell & she wasn't because she'd accepted jesus into her heart. which of course I thought was nuts & I was sure she'd been brainwashed.
anywho she sorta forgot about all that by the next summer until she went to work there again, & came back with the same attitude she had the previous year.
BUT, in another couple months she'd again forgotten all about being a good Christian.
now she's trying to get clean from her coke addiction & trying not to be a fucking whore.

moral of the story is...Stef will get tired of the idea of salvation and go back to normal until something else sounds like a great fucking idea.

Yeah, I have a friend like that, too. She wrecks every car she gets, gets financial aid for manic depression, contantly is being stalked by creeps.... pretty much exhibits many different neurotic behaviors. I can't even take that :erm
