We were supposed to go to our work christmas party tonight... I called Zach around 4:30pm and he said he was leaving w/ his parents and would call me when he got back, but that he'd be back in time for the party... which was at 7pm. Haven't heard a thing. This is so annoying.

Last night we had plans which were nixed, and we got stuck babysitting and cleaning his brother's room for him. This weekend has kind of sucked.

Man I'm hungry but my friends are always so slow. I think being late and telling people to expect something and then changing your plans at the last minute is one of my pet peeves. I don't have a lot of pet peeves either.

last time this happened to me it turned out my friend that wasn't calling had been arrested for drunk driving.

you have a right to be mad if he said he would be there, isn't there, and isn't attempting to contact you to tell you why.
that's really rude if he doesn't offer a good excuse. if i knew i wasn't going to make it on time i would definitely try to contact the person, and expect the same in return.
yelling at someone for not being there when they said they would is not trying to start a fight. it's venting and demanding an answer for having your expectations ruined.
