Angry Just played FF7 for over an hour and died...

right before saving. It's always the cheap and freak things that get me. I'm going to go die now (for real).

yeah right. i appreciate you're a veteran rpg player but ff7 has some seriously nasty bosses. like wrong number and demon's gate. everybody gets owned the first few times

Perhaps I should of elaborated in order to assure yall I aint some amatuer. I've played through the game enough times that I'll only die in a freak accident or a premature fight with a boss. I like to level up enough so that I can basically hold down the O button during battles and not even have to pay attention. I do get lost sometimes cause at this point I skip 90% of the dialogue. Where I was in the game was just gratuitous level upping in the creator before finishing the game off. I'll play until whichever two charactors have gone up 5 and then return back to the save point or airship and switch around. I was on the final battle before switching, and some how the Dragon lets go a combo of unaturally high impact moves which is perfectly fine, but I had already mindlessly plotted my next three acts with the holding of the O buttons so I was pretty screwed. It's one of the things that can only happen when I'm happy.

Edit: I had macaroni boiling, in my haste I neglected to communicate the proper gravity of the situation. The album I was listening to had ended and I was impatient to plod through another batte (use regen or something and then hack away at the bastard) so I lined up two summons and a comet 2, surely making this a quick and harmless and encounter... I guess the cpu got pissed off with my arrogence and decided to go all batshit crazy with illogically high-impact counter attacks...
