and i guess about 50% of the total amount of extra scenes would have to be the stupid extension of the credits...what the hell are they doing there? naming every single one who ever watched the movie in the theatre?

oh it's awesome. i don't really know if all the scenes i thought were new were really new or if i just couldn't remember them from seeing it in the theatre, but i thought some stuff made a lot more sense. and the big fight at minas tirith can be described with only one word: monumental, even on my small tv. the ending is still to long though...
