Default has anyone been to hypnotheraphy before?

what was the experience like? what is it like to be under hypnosis?

no but i'm interested in past life regression through hypnotherapy.
i'll probably be doing that in the near future.

i worked for a hypnotherapist for about a year. i saw results that really varied. i think it all depends what you are going there for. the thing i saw the most success with was smokers, but you have to be READY to quit.

yes and no. the clients would sometimes have live sessions with a hyopnotist, and other times they would listen to tapes. they both worked about equally. the biggest thing that made the clients get hypnotized was the glasses and sounds. they were like these sunglasses and they had blinking lights with a pattern and the sound was these series of beeps. it always put me under right away at least. anyway, i would put that stuff on the clients, pick a tape etc. hypno-by-proxy.

id compare it to going to that point when you are just about to fall asleep and everything is kind of hazy. youre sort of aware what going on, btu not completely.

i never got dizzy or anything. i always felt really really really relaxed after i had a session.
