we've gotten into the habit of making ice cream using liquid nitrogen in my house. we were just pondering how we could make green tea ice cream using this method the other day.

i think we'll boil a whole bunch of green tea leaves in cream for a really long time and then strain them out and proceed with making ice cream!

some japanese lady in my printmaking class gave everyone poki (sp?) today...holy shit, it was so good...and mine kinda tasted like earl grey with cream...

I get it at this local ice cream shop around the corner from my apartment. They make their own flavours. They have lichee and mango as well...
