It may not have been possible to put Bush on trial for war crimes, but it appears that the policies will be on trial nonetheless.

Maybe you posted the wrong link, but that story has nothing to do with anyone getting put on trial for anything.

Sorry, I heard the story this morning on CBC Radio 1...I made the assumption that their written story would contain the same info.
