oooh yeah i forgot to tell you, i quit smoking. you probably didn't know i was smoking anyway, b/c i tried not to mention that. but yeah. i smoked for three years, then quit when i was pregnant til aidan was five months old. then i started again. not around him, just so you know. anyway. i want to get in shape b/c i'm getting fat and i'm always coughing up nasty shit, i was smoking almost a pack a day.
SO i did this thing where they stimulate the exterior of your ears with a laser and then it makes you not want to smoke.
and i haven't smoked in since thursday night. the only time i craved one was saturday night, when i went out and had a beer. but i didn't give in.
so if you're wanting to quit, try this. it's sooo quick, the results are immediate. it's only $90, and if you get the urge to smoke, they'll do it again for free so long as you haven't smoked or had any nicotine in your system (including a patch, nicorette gum, chew, etc.)....

i dont think ive got it in me.
if i was addicted id just stop.
thats how it is when you dont lie to yourself.
i have no subconscious.
