looking for a roommate near san diego (vista,CA)

hey guys... i know i havent posted in a while but hey... i figured maybe someone here might be interested or know someone who is get in touch with me....

I am moving from boston out to vista, ca and am looking for a roommate to move in with me starting mid-october. i have started the application process, and am looking for someone to conitue it with me. its a nice 2bed/2bath unit in a safe gated community, so you would have your own bed and bath, pay half of the utilities(water,electricity, and whatever else we want)
you would be living with me 22/f and my cat (he is energetic, but doesnt bite or anything). i don't drink or smoke, and don't mind if you do, as long as you are respectful about it (smoking outside only please). i'm into music more than partying. male or female is ok. no pets preferred.

must have a job and good credit to be approved by the apartment management.

the rent is $1070/month, so you pay half of that($535)....(thats with a small monthly fee for month-to-month lease with no long term agreement which is good) or if we bothwanted to sign a six month lease it would be $1035. the bathrooms are newly remodeled and my friend just moved into a place in the same complex... so i have seen the setup and its very spacious and clean...

i would prefer they don't if they want to do that in their own room, i dont care...

also, the place is running a special with $400 off the first months rent... and $100 off the deposite. so it would only be like $335 for the first month and then $535 for each month after that (or about $320 and $520) and then from $200 down to $100 for security deposite (split in half)... $50 each for security deposit!!!

its cool.. im leaving for a change of scenery...i graduated from school and want to do something different before im stuck at a job and before i have more responsibilities...so im packing up my cat and we are moving....pretty much just for fun....

i havent talked to you in ages... email me or find me on aim or something or come live with me!!! i need a roommate!!!
