Shanny: Uh, low carb, low fat, lean meat, somedays I go vegetarian, and lots of physical activity. Yeah, and I do use Slimfast as a meal alternative, especially when I go to school. It's only for one meal, though. Breakfast. And only for when I have classes and am on the run. Sometimes I try that low carb yogurt smoothie or shake or whatever.

I jog at least one mile a week (although I've been doing well and averaging 2-4 miles a week), using the stair stepper and jump roping. A little weight lifting here and there (five pounders).

Um, I've lost 25 pounds within the last 9 months, I am now 137. Pants size = 10.

I'm really sick of strawberry, but it's the only one I could tolerate. I used vanilla for a while, but then I just couldn't take it. I wish they would come out with something else - like orange and creme. Shit.

Nah. I think the lowest pants size I've ever got to was like a size 7/8. TWENTY FIVE MORE POUNDS.
