shopping for shoes on the net?

What are some websites where I can find neat/unique shoes?
I can never find any interesting shoes in the normal retail stores.
I know you hip kids can help me out here.
I always see people wearing cool shoes at concerts and I always want to ask them where they bought them but it's kind of weird to...plus they probably don't want others to have themdue to the dislike of being copied.
I'm getting ready to buy a new pair of shoes and some input about where to look would be greatly appreciated.

i don't know about neat/unique, but www.zappos.com seems to have quite a bit of stuff. some of it was really cheap too.

Yep, Zappos is pretty great. They usually upgrade ground shipping to next day for nothing, too. At least in my experience.
