i have negative feelings towards jews because they're inherently a racist bunch of people that distance themeselves from integrating within modern day society. in addition to the fact that all the jews i've met have been rude and annoying.

what difference does being a minority have to do with anything? the sikhs that i've met are a minority within britain...they're A-OK in my book. whether or not jews are a minority is a irrelevant. this isn't "pick on the minority" day.

being a minority has a lot to do with it. people learn from experience. a person that has been discriminated against or generalized in the manner in which you are doing would be more apt to be open minded and accepting of differences in others. obviously in your lily white world you don't encounter such differences on a regular enough basis for you to form a real opinion. and the fact that the few jews that you've interacted with have been rude and annoying shouldn't be the determining factor in your dislike of them. that's pretty damn ridiculous. obviously you need to get out and live a little more if you're basing your opinions on a whole race of people on a few encounters. that's neither valid nor intelligent. if you can't see that within that one race there are a million different types of people than you're just an idiot. and i'm not looking to change your opinion. you're wrong and i'm right and that's good enough for me.

i'm basing my opinions on the jews i've met in conjuction with research i've done into their belief system/religion

it seems to me that the jews i've met follow the religion to the letter of the law so to speak. if anything they'd be considered 'good' jews IMO.

maybe on a purely personality level tho, yeah...the jews i've met may have been a bad sample of the population...i will admit that point.
