I finally saw Spinal Tap for the first time this weekend. It was better than I expected and I had high expections going in.

so...towards the end of the movie, at the post-tour party, the two main guys were talking about their career and how it seemed their bigger days had passed them by:

You know man, we've been doing this for 15 years man. That's awesome. People envy us.

Your right man. I envy us.

Pretty much anything on the commentary on the DVD, that is some of the funniest shit I have ever heard, it makes a great movie even better.

there's a lot of good actor's in it too, before many of them became big stars.

that one guy, he used to be Martin Mull's sidekick in that T.V. show back in the day...anyway, he was escorting the band to their venue.

"Hey, its great you guys can make it. Its awesome that you're here tonight. We're big fans, really...well, not so much of your band, but the genre' in general... *silence*
