i tried this place called panda express here in town, it is some fast food oriental food restaurant if you've never seen one, and most of the people working there were mexican. that is just kind of weird, like if a bunch of indians opened up a bbq restaurant. having the people that work there come from the country of the food being served gives it some authenticity.

But, in Santa Barbara, name a restaurant of any type, and you'll find Mexicans.
