anyone know what this is?

i came home from church to hear all this chantting coming from somewhere. I walked into my backyard to realize it was coming from the people behind my house backyward. They have been doing this for the past 15 mins over and over. I wonder how long they will be doing this... Since i don't have a mic currently for my MD player i had to do video

they just stopped. I think it might just be some tribe thing. I have never met these people being that they live on a different street and all, and that that house is just a rental property.
