god, the original batman movie.

most bizarre film ever made. it's like a serious film that tries to be a spoof of a serious film while being neither ironically crap or actually watchable. for the most part it was pretty boring or unfunny imo, but choice lines inklude:

"god bless that porpoise. he took that torpedo to save our lives"

"holy bikini batman, i've got it! the shark attack happened at sea- C for CATWOMAN!" "and the shark was a fish- PENGUIN was behind this!" "and the shark was a JOKE. JOKER!!1" "hmm yes...what a curious RIDDLE." *gasps of amazement*

If it was on Channel Five at some point today I watched it, laughed a lot & strangely, in a non-stalkerish way, thought of you.

If not, it was the plain old series & I still thought of you.

That and the bomb that Batman couldn't find a safe place to get rid of.

I remember catching this a while ago when I couldn't sleep. It really is so unintentionally hilarious, the camp factor is so high I had to watch the whole thing.

I fucking love that movie. Batman running with the bomb is one of the greatest scenes in the history of film.

i preferred the crappy "shark" and the part where the thug gets springboarded "into the loving arms of penguins giant exploding octupus", but it was still brilliant
