I won't summon someone over to help me at the university library i'll go get them, unless they're like walking around the floor and are nearby. I find some of them know so much they just seem to be repeating the same stuff everytime, the older librarians scare me, they're almost like really boring robots.

I hate MS works, we get soooooo many people coming in complaining that they can't open thier .wps files on our computers...we have a works to word converter at the helpdesk but I never tell people we have it. I like to be mean
