Eh, if that's what they told you hold them to it. Might try to charge a restocking fee or some bullshit like that. I bet the back of the receipt has the info.

i realized i got a little carried away and paid more than i needed to. i got a t42, when i can get a t41 iwth same ram, hard drive, almost the same processor, only lacking a dvd burner for 1200 bucks less. the difference in performance is going to be marginal, and i am unlikely to notice it, and who couldn't use another $1200, right?
