Its supposed to suck balls. Star Wars BattleFont will own it. Comes out the same day as the original SW DVD's.

i still havent seen this Galaxies version...but i know alot of people that play it, people i work with.
they stay up ALL night playing that game, then come to work and talk about playing the game.
its got to be some badass game

From what ive heard, its terrible. Big Dissapointment. Any SW fanboy can make a SW game fun. If they like it, fine.
BattleFront is more like Call of Duty, or Battlefield. Galaxies is more like EverQuest .

Well, it really is a case of being right for some, and wrong for others. I felt constricted and forced to interact with other plays in SWG. Also the mission system is silly, you are forced to group to get good solo missions!? WTF. The cities are uninspiring and the player cities are a billion times worse. You are limited to one character and a few skills. So you cant just flick between characters when you feel like a change.

Bah. Not for me. Nice ideas tho.
