Why would you ask, "is this the co-op?" if I answer the phone, "IT helpdesk, can I help you?"

I'm on the phone most of the day at work and even though they call ME for help they don't listen to a damn thing I say TO HELP THEM. Half the time they cut me off before I finish answering the phone

Yeah, I get a lot of rude people on the phone. I can't solve every freakin problem, jeez.

when i used to work drive-thru ppl would tell me their order and be like '...and i'll have that to go' ...of course you are jackass. why else would you be in drive thru

Maybe they wanted to park up at the window, and make you watch them eat?
Or for some crazy reason they would then take it back into the place, and eat it there.
