Question Has Doom 3 leaked yet?

I'm sick of fucking waiting. I don't give a shit if there's no co-op mode, either. I just want to waste some zombies for Christ's sake!

Anybody pre-order it and get that pewter Baron of Hell?

Be lucky you can handle DOOM 3, my friend. And I think I saw an ISO on suprnova. Not entirely sure.

I think DOOM 3 and Half Life 2 are the only 2 PC games that im going to buy regardless of wether it has multiplayer or not. I know they do offer multiplayer, but if they didnt, I just could care less.

yeah it's been out on suprnova since saturday - some best buys accidentally sold the game as early as last friday.

unless you've got a really sick connection, you'll be better off buying either tonight at midnight from a best buy or just waiting until tomorrow morning.

no. some eb/gamestop locations are honoring preorders tonight at 7pm. best buy has advertised (in some locations) that they'll have the store open at midnight for the game. i've called multiple locations, and most of them are saying they'll have it tomorrow.

Doesent surprise me. In some cases, like something this anticipated, they know it will sell out the second they are ready to be sold.

i played it a bit today. Tood bad this computer can't really handle it that good, i haven't been quite impressed yet. Next week i'll be playing it on my AMD64, should be awesome, graphics wise.

Looked like a standard shooter, with awesome graphics if you have the system for it. Haven't tried the multiplayer yet.

An Nvidia GeForce 3 graphics card or ATI Technologies 8500:
Column author Dwight Silverman says that given the game's demanding visuals, serious gamers should splurge for a GPU from Nvidia's GeForce FX or 6800 line or ATI's Radeon 9800 or X800 series. He says more frugal PC owners can make do with a GeForce 5900XT or a Radeon 9600XT.

A 1.5-gigahertz Intel Pentium 4 chip or AMD Athlon 1500:

Though these will run the game, Silverman suggests a 2GHz Pentium or equivalent, with the "ideal" processor being 3 GHz or over.

384MB of memory:

Again, Silverman stresses that this is a minimum requirement, and he recommends 512MB at least, with 1GB preferred.

Two GB of hard drive space:

Four GB is suggested if your PC is running low on free space.

meh... I'll just download it anyways and if it doesn't play good, I'll just save it on my other computer... that has like 80gb of free space, until I buy some new hardware and shit. I'm not in a extreme rush to play it.

I'm saving to build a new computer myself, just have August left to work full time then I'll buy. Should have everything arrived and built by mid-September. It's a long time to wait, but oh well. Some of the components I want are either coming out in August or out now but impossible to get.
