it was an attempt at teh intarweb comedy.

while tubgirl and tubcat are two different things, they do have the "tub" in common. Hence "teh funneh" when you click on the tubcat site expecting something horrendous only to find obese felines.

Honestly, who lets their cat get that fat? They should be charged with animal cruelty becaus no cat that was given any freedom whatsoever would get THAT fat.

That's not true... Some cats just get THAT big. Mostly long hair cats are more prone to getting huge and fat. I don't know why...

I have seen really big cats that weren't fat, though... I mean, the owners and their regulation of food DOES have something to do with it. But one cat I saw was like, tough and lean and muscular and stuff. He was about as big as tubcat, except NOT FAT. I swear he stood a foot high, and he was a long hair and his owners shaved him to look like a lion.
