Heres my one encounter with snow story.

It's the winter of 1985 and San Antonio gets snow.
I'm 3 years old and I have a cold.
I'm standing at the door crying because I can see my siblings playing in the snow and I want to join them.
My mother would not let me play outside because I had a cold.
The end.

sp_aced, your mother is a bitch. Three years old, snow in San Antonio, and she let your siblings but not YOU out in it, just because of a cold? Fuck!

It's lightly snowing here, been doing that since very early this morning, I believe, and there's a couple inches out there on the sidewalks and grass. The way the sky looks, we're either in for a long time of light snowing, or one hell of a snowstorm. It's great. The roads weren't too bad, except for one street I crossed on my way home from work--there was a patch of ice, I didn't notice it, slid, and almost fell.

I've heard the roads are pretty bad out on the highway/freeway. One of my roommates had to come back home because her tires weren't chained.
