What's a good way to hydrate myself other than drinking water?

i don't know what normasol is... but if they use it, i'd bet a good part of it is saline solution.. i think saline solution is jsut the generic term they used when they said 'this is an iv of saline solution for your dehydration'

im not expert, but it worked.

pedialyte rules, especially if you're too drunk to drink water cause it makes you burp.

powerade, however, its better than both pedialyte and gatorade. yummm. sometimes i have withdrawls when i don't have my powerade. i'll dream about it.

Matt you fool, water. Drink it. Water is awesome when you're actually thirsty, and you'll keep it down easier than anything else. If you can't even manage that, just keep your lips wet with it until your stomach settles.

If you're having trouble keeping water down, try some flat ginger ale. Unfortunately, nothing with re-hydrate you as well as drinking water. Juice and soda are full of sugar.
