Johnny Franks

any information about this song, debuted by Billy at the poetry reading? SPFC has it listed as "Johnny Franks" (with no lyrics or other info), but it sounds more like "Bobby" to me. and Bobby Franks was the name of the victim of a 1924 murder in Chicago (yes, it's Chicago-related; perfect for the EP!), which led to a whole "trial of the century" and movies and books and stuff. there doesn't seem to be any well-known Johnny Franks who would fit the song.
so i wonder where SPFC got the title and why nobody is talking about it. i mean, it's really nice! so i think. don't you agree?
