soy sauce
limes
sliced onion (red or yellow work, but I prefer red)
sambal oelek (this is similar to sriracha, but it's a chili paste)
splash of sesame oil
bit of honey
basically there's no set recipe, but the list above is ordered greatest amount to least starting from top
it's dependent on the amount of meat you have, but you want to go big to get all the flavors soaked in
if I have time, I will juice some ginger
and a pint or two of beer never hurts anything (you can put it in the marinade too)
also for the dressing on the sando you need to mix mayo or aioli with sriracha
