I always preferred Kyuss, myself.
It took me a while to get past hearing the first part of Demon Cleaner as I Am One in an only somewhat alternate reality, but I made it and the rest is history.
P.S. I saw the Josh Homme appearance on Toast of London within hours of reading this thread and wondered if it was a sign from Run To Me to me. It's only an okay show, though, so don't take this mention as a recommendation.
