I went to the gym once in academy. coach put the lightest weights on thhe bar. i lifted and it slammed down on my "chest" pinning me to the bench. couldn't get it off. coach had to rescue and I got a contusion (alas).
Never been back. Life is my workout. Got legs like motherfucking pistons! Yeah! Fuck yeah! America!
