Regarding music and the youth… you’re rarely going to find music you identify with in popular media after your adolescence. This is by design and part of the business model.
With that said, we’re living in a golden age of music. For whatever exotic sub genre you enjoy there is someone making music. You just have to look a bit harder and I hope you find what you love.
