There's a lot of ways in which sex can be exploitative while still being completely consensual.
But it's also incredibly difficult to articulate this without coming across as being prudish, prejudiced or making broad generalizations. And as usual when discussing gray areas it's not necessarily an indictment of anyone's character, but more an acknowledgement that maybe it's not totally healthy for the people involved.
