I dunno man, what is really considered "drunk"? I mean anyone with a good tolerance can usually function fine until they cross that line into oblivion. Obviously just getting outright shittered at home by yourself would be kinda stupid, but I don't think most people really intend to get like that even when they are out partying... It's just an easier line to cross in a party atmosphere.
