Exactly. That's my point.
Billy was also speculating and was never really interested to give her a chance.
If he actually met her a couple of times to see for himself he could have jammed with her and he would have been able to see how she's doing physically and mentally.
Who knows...maybe she would have been able to show him that she still plays like she used to and that she's capable of a full reunion.
