Yeah, I was kinda drunk and almost had borderline heatstroke. I definitely came off like a douche. Perhaps I was just looking for a reaction when I said I was proud of never taking any of those meds. But looking back, I am thankful that I didn't go that route. Of course everyone is different.

I honestly believe it should be a last resort and there's certainly a lot of data to suggest that doctors over-prescribe those meds.
