how can Les Voyages be bad to you i mean it's the quintessential album that represents the most complete sound and vision of the band
on all other records something is added or substracted and the balance is not quite as perfect. on Les Voyages you have everything: breathtaking etherealness, heart wrenchingly beautiful melodies, shrieking black metal apocalypse (licensed to Fooltoke), texture, balance, dynamics.
i'm still wading my way through their discography, but Voyages is definitely more 'complete' and well rounded than either Shelter or Kodama (and i love both)
