WoW requires little skill (the least of any game I have ever played in my entire life). People who think it requires "skill" and they are "omg im so good". There arent good players in WoW, but there are a lot of bad ones.
It is impossible to be good at WoW because of its game mechanics, ie, you can never 1v2 two equally geared players because you are good, because of how the game is set up you will lose 100% of the time 1v2 no matter how "good" you think you are.
But it is possible to lose every fight in the world 1v1 if you are a bad player.
Conclusion;

I used to play WoW before the expansion ect alot, and let me tell you now, it is not worth the amount of time you need to put into it to actually get to the fun aspect of the game (pvp).
And yea, individual skill is basiclly gimped, and high apm doesn't aid a player here as there is a universal 1 second cooldown on any abiltiys you use.
I managed to have a really over powered warrior back then though that 2 shot everyone, so that was defently fun. I would not recommend this game to anyone though.

To bad logic doesn't work when it comes to wow players. A cool thing about wow though is you get to !&$%@ whip all the people in your guild. You wouldn't belive the $!@% people would put up with.

WOOOOW you are an angry person! I've played WoW and BC and they are not that different. Sure different classes are better than they were before and others suck but that happens on any online game that gets patched like WoW. New items and new PvP does not equal a new game, its just new content. The controls and the mechanics have not changed so much that you need to re-learn the game, unless you switch classes every expan/patch because your obsessed with being "the best class".
