That may be true in the sense that a relatively small portion of overall fans cared about demos when he was writing MCIS era/calibur songs. Does anyone really listen to his music since 2000 hope to get at Corgan's "presence"? Outside of a 5-7 year period in his career, there's not much "there" there at a base level.
