i grew up with a guy that was like a poster boy for the 90s party scene. he ended up a lot like that guy but he never killed anybody (or not that i know of... i'm afraid to know what he's up to now)
last time i saw him he started breaking down crying and telling me about how he was going to get better. i looked him in the eyes and said dude you've been doing meth since 8th grade that is not going to happen
