tuesday i finally made the tacos i felt like making when i said i felt like tacos tonight. i found the recipe in a cooking magazine and i wanted to try it. it was basically a recipe for picadillo, salsa, and a seasoned crème fraîche- all stuffed into a crispy taco shell like mom used to serve you.
