tim made some skirt steak with chimichurri sauce that was so spicy and tangy and GOOD. i put some of the sauce on leftover fish for a snack and that was also boss.

sunday we made cajun chicken and cajun rice with sweet peppers. i got the chkn recipe from a book called 'i <3 spice'; we had the left-over chicken with boxed mac last night. >_>

tonight we are going to make SOUR CREAM AND CHICKEN ENCHILADAS. look at how pretty they are!

i like to cook; wish i did it more. i'm very lazy.

we are cooking for the 4th, though. cake, chicken wings, empanadas, chips n dip (won't cook the chips, duh), etc.
