Yeah I'm gonna say speed too. He looks like he hasn't slept for days in that video and coupled with the weight loss and erratic behavior it kind of points to that. Even during SD era he wasn't particularly skinny and that was even with all the touring and sweating your ass off on stage and having a young fast metabolism.
