i guess because we don't see asian kids that often in the USA our minds just go ASIAN ASIAN ASIAN and we can't even process the other traits
there's evidence that every race does this with races they didn't grow up around. and other species like apes, chimps etc and even like two gray cats or w/e, there are differences of course but it's harder for us to distinguish
