and like i said, peas don't usually come in rice at mexican restaurants. as a current service industry person, if your restaurant makes a custom dish in an unusual way, would you prefer the customer send the item back to be wasted or that she just move to the side what she doesn't like (which isn't included in how the dish is normally made)?
