Off the top of my head you need Sad Peter Pan, Jackie Blue, Christmastime, I Am One (7" version), and Eye.

You're missing a few Siamese era tunes: Never Let Me Down, Apathy's Last Kiss, French Movie Theme, and Dancing In the Moonlight. And then the rarer ones from that era: Purr Snickety and Siamese Dream.

Gish era: Smiley, Bullet Train to Osaka, Terrapin. Lull EP. Reel Time Sessions.

I also really like the Ransom soundtrack, but I guess technically that's just BC. Wich means you need Ascendo, too.

I may have missed some but I needed all of those to feel complete, and not just an mp3. When available I went for the official and promotional releases.
