Without knowing the exact history behind this recording, I would say this is a definite upgrade for the following reasons:
1) No CDR Lineage.
2) resampling using iZotope 64-bit SRC
3) Non-destructive Fades
4) Sebastian knows his shit
Spaldz... does your source also have an included EAC log file? If not, saying something was ripped "Securely in EAC" doesn't mean much. The txt file you've pasted doesn't even list the orignal DAT material being at 32 kHz, the program used for resampling, how it was tracked and if SBE's are an issue, or even the version of FLAC used for encoding.

d00d, do you remember the late 90s, when CDR trading was new and fucking expensive - $300+ for a drive and $2-3 a CDR?
I do. No one knew what EAC was back then outside of jam band traders - found out about it via DAT-Heads of course. Finding someone that knew about and used EAC back then was a godsend. Nowadays, it's common place.
