Healing hot springs in the New Mexican desert w/ #AugustusJuppiter and @chloemendel (was worried baby wouldn't abide the strong temperatures but once he was in we couldn't get him out) Ein Beitrag geteilt von WilliamPatrickCorgan (@williampcorgan) am Dez 31, 2017 um 3:37 PST

This is my Great-Grandmother Martha (with whom my mother was named after), standing in her backyard on the north-west side of Chicago. The same backyard I played in when I was my son's age, under her watchful eye. Martha came to America as an immigrant, at around 17 years old, having married my Great-Grandfather Ernest (who was one of 26 children); he himself having come to the US following the ruin of Belgium during World War One. I am grateful to their courage and strength to come to this country I love, and so on the first day of 2018 (and in the spirit of my many mad, beautiful ancestors) I'd like to wish everyone much success, laughter, and happiness in the year to come... #LiveTheDream Ein Beitrag geteilt von WilliamPatrickCorgan (@williampcorgan) am Jan 1, 2018 um 8:49 PST
