Ah, I didn't know what happened to him in the end. I remember the admission that he was dying, but never quite knew if it was true or not. I miss his snarky humour and lovely tunes.

Isle (also known as Izzle) was a cool guy, very friendly, but also ultra naive when I met him, but in that gentle lovely way. He shares his name with a very famous singer-songwriter, so if you were to look him up you'd probably have little luck.

I do wonder what he is up to these days.
