lol slunken i think it's totally ok to discuss the music as long as you're being respectful, which you are
for me personally i'm kinda of on the fence about this, i like the frantic drumming by lombardo but something about "KRAZY PATTON" vocals just irritates me really hard. he is a pretty versatile and proven singer but i guess i just really hate the sound of his god damn voice and delivery/mannerisms.
there was some Mr Bungle stuff that i liked, though. jumping between genres shouldn't define an artist, mostly, and i agree some of it is overplaying, but they had some cool bits.
