Dude/girl clearly just posted a pic of their girlfriend or friend and then got her to snap a pic with the message. I knew he/she was gonna do this when they replied to my accusations with such confidence.

The two photos feature the same person, but the first one is a fake image from a generic site and the second one is the girlfriend of an old poster posting as a woman?
