It’s been said here and elsewhere ad nauseam but the fact big willie persists in punishing us, upon each new release, with either 1) warmed-over, hollow facsimiles of golden age pumpkins, or 2) outright trash, when we know there’s a veritable Everest of unused riffs in his toolkit, is maybe the saddest and most perplexing fact for the longsuffering pumpkinfan
Like, just roll tape and take those riffs, jam on em with big jim and slim james, and whoever on bass, honk into an sm58, and give us that = happy fanbase IMO
