i think the Q&A is at least entertaining. i love reading the comparisons especially when there's lot of explanations (if there's never any "explanation" then that's sort of a red flag for me)
i can see how it could work well. like the date i have is at 68% but she's not anal enough to shun me for certain things she's vehemently against, like smoking. so i could see how our personalities could complement. i mean if you don't like me for some stupid answer i don't want to wast my time with you anyway
